Who is William?

Hello…I’m William… and I’m 8 and a half years old.

William’s Den is my favourite place in the whole wide world. But, isn’t just for me, it is yours to enjoy too. Mum and Dad created it for all the little people wanting BIG adventures and they love it when grown-up

I’m always happy when I’m playing outside with my friends, even when it’s raining. I don’t really feel the cold as I’m too busy running around, having fun and building dens. When I’m exploring with my friends, getting muddy and wet means we’re having the best time ever! We never want to go home.

Mum says when I’ve had the freedom to play outside all day, my cheeks are rosy, I eat my tea and sleep like a baby…she says ‘it’s all that fresh air, and it is good for you!’. Farm Grandpa says ‘we all had a playroom growing up, it was called ‘outside’’.

William’s Den really is the best place to play and to let your imagination run wild. You’ll learn new things, hopefully make new friends and create amazing memories here. Who knows, you might love it so much that you’ll want to start calling it your Den…go ahead, I don’t mind.

I really hope you’re able to come over to play soon. When you get here, don’t forget to look out for me… I’ll probably be jumping over the straw bales in the meadow, standing under the Rainmaker in The Den or be setting off on a new adventure with my friends in the woods.
